Digital Services Policy:

  • All purchases are non-refundable once the digital service is activated.
  • Refunds will NOT be issued for:
  • Change of mind
  • Partial usage
  • Lack of technical knowledge

Exceptions (Rare & Strict):

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment deducted but service not delivered
  • Verified technical failure from Kardport’s side

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.

👉 Brutal truth: SaaS + digital cards = no standard refunds. This protects you legally.
