Kardport is a digital platform that provides NFC-enabled smart cards, digital business cards, and related SaaS services for individuals and businesses.

By accessing or using Kardport services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Kardport.
• You are responsible for ensuring the information you upload is accurate and lawful.

👉 Hard truth: If users upload fake data, that’s on them, not you.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, misleading, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use Kardport for spam, fraud, or unethical marketing

Kardport reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if misuse is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

• Kardport branding, software, UI, and content belong to Kardport.
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Kardport a non-exclusive license to display it for service delivery.

5. Service Availability

• Kardport strives for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Temporary outages due to maintenance, hosting, or force majeure are not grounds for compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kardport is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Data misuse caused by user negligence
• Third-party platform issues (WhatsApp, NFC scanners, browsers, payment gateways)
